Two Decosimo CPAs Earn CFE Credentials

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (April 2, 2007)—The Decosimo Forensic Accounting practice of Joseph Decosimo and Company, PLLC announced today that two CPAs from the firm, Senior Accountants Mindy Williford and Megan Cook, have been awarded the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential.

The certification of Ms. Williford and Ms. Cook brings the total number of CFEs at Decosimo to six. These professionals provide suggestions and solutions that reduce the risk of fraudulent financial reporting and employee fraud.

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners awards the CFE designation.  CPAs who earn the credential show advanced proficiency in the area of financial fraud prevention and detection, successfully complete a series of tests and meet experience requirements.
