Joining the firm, are Sean M. Goodwin as assurance manager, Eric F. Graves as assurance senior and Melissa D. Johns as part of the tax staff. Each of the professionals were previously associated with a local CPA firm.

Before entering public accounting, he served in the U.S. military for six years and was later a manager with Hertz Corporation. Mr. Goodwin is a graduate of Carson Newman College.
 Eric F. Graves, CPA, has public accounting experience that includes audit, tax and attestation work for small to mid-sized businesses in the banking, retail, nonprofit and manufacturing industries. Mr. Graves is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University.
 Melissa D. Johns has nearly four years experience in public accounting. Mrs. Johns is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
