Decosimo/Vaden CPA and Entertainment Management Firm Names Jennifer Lane as Principal

NASHVILLE, TN (January 6, 2012)–Jennifer Lane, CPA, has been named principal with Decosimo/Vaden, the Nashville office of the regional public accounting and advisory firm Decosimo Certified Public Accountants (Decosimo).

Ms. Lane has more than 20 years experience in public accounting, providing tax services to a variety of clients, primarily consisting of closely-held businesses, their owners and pass-through entities. A key member of the firm's entertainment accounting and business management practice in Nashville, Ms. Lane specializes in multi-state taxation, Canadian entertainment taxation, tax planning and royalty accounting for artists, songwriters, athletes and other professionals in the music and sports industries.

Including Ms. Lane, Decosimo has 41 active principals across the firm’s nine locations in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Ohio and the Cayman Islands.

A graduate of Portland State University, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant licensed in Tennessee and Oregon. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Academy of Country Music, the National Songwriters Association International and Source, Inc.  Ms. Lane is the treasurer of the Board of Governors for the Nashville/Midsouth Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.
