Decosimo University

Decosimo has dedicated and allocated significant resources to training our staff.  Decosimo University is a collection of education and training programs designed to meet the CPE requirements of our staff and to assist them in their long-term professional growth.   We utilize traditional training methods (seminars, workshops, etc.) as well as emerging technologies and distance education to ensure a wide range of training opportunities.

  • Tools & Resources for Career Growth - Workshops, seminars, presentations and courses are offered in-house on diverse field-related subjects, ongoing updates, technology applications and professional development skills for enhancement of job performance and overall success as part of our team.
  • CPE Reimbursement Program - External CPE programs are fully paid for by the firm.
  • Assistance with the CPA Exam - Discounts and payment plans are offered for selected quality CPA review programs.
